Then, you may need to ask yourself the following questions and give yourself some truthful answers. How great is my website and product design? Will my product design get my attention if I were a customer?
If your answer is no, that means there is something you are not doing right. Really, it isn’t your fault. You commissioned that graphics guy who posts ads of his designs on Instagram. He sure looked like the real deal because he got several likes and well, if he says his designs are good then, they are good.
The reality however is that your website visitors and potential customers aren’t responding to your website/product because of your product design. You may need to check your product design before going ahead to query your sales team.
