Out of the myriad of software available at the time, one stood out to us – Zoho. Not only because they had ticked all 3 boxes and already had over 4 million users. But they had also just won the 2012 Market Award conducted by the CRM Magazine and were rated as the “One to Watch” in the Sales Force Automation category. We jumped right in to use them and it was a remarkable experience.
Over time, we began to understand the depth of Zoho’s offering and how it could solve virtually any requirement brought to us by our clients.

This has provided tremendous financial value to our clients and thousands of other Zoho users in Nigeria. This also applies to 3 other countries in Africa – Kenya, South Africa and Egypt.
